Directions to Henllys

The A55 is the main (dual carriageway) from Chester to Holyhead and runs parallel with the North Wales coast line.

Travelling West on this road in the direction of Holyhead follow the signs to Bangor. Ignore the junction signed to Bangor and you will cross the Menai Strait by the Britannia Bridge to Anglesey. As you come off the bridge take the slip road and get into the right hand lane. Turn right at the T-junction signed Beaumaris (A545) towards Menai Bridge (the name of the town). At the first roundabout take the third exit signed Beaumaris and continue, past the Menai Bridge Co-Op, to the next roundabout following the sign Town Centre and Beaumaris (A545). Do not cross Menai Bridge (the bridge); this takes you back over the Menai Bridge into Bangor.

Continue on the A545 through the town and after approx 3½ miles you will pass on the right a Marina and enter Beaumaris. Continue through the town, leaving Beaumaris Castle on the left.

After approx ½ mile take the first left turn signed Llanfaes & Henllys. After a further 300 yards turn left opposite a local housing estate and marked by a stone cairn. This narrow road leads to the main entrance that is clearly marked. Turn right into the main drive and continue to Reception - that is in the main hall. Parking is available outside the entrance to allow you to collect your apartment keys.
